Sure, everyone knows they have to write great content, but what does that actually mean? Rhys will show examples of blog posts that have generated traffic, what was done to get it ranking in search engine results, and what happens when you actually get traffic.<\/p>\n

When providing good service to your clients, it’s easy to fall into the trap of being too quick to say yes and then not being able to deliver said promises. Hannah will talk through why it’s important to set expectations upfront, how to push back effectively, and maintaining the balance between an angry bear and a happy bear.<\/p>\n

A lot of security talks focus on the practical steps people can take to avoid being hacked. Tim will instead show you several real examples of sites being hacked – from the attackers’ perspective. Learn how bad actors identify targets, analyse vulnerabilities, and exploit them, and learn what could have been put into place to prevent this from happening.<\/p>\n
