He\u2019s currently studying Computer Science outside of work and his ambition is \u2018to take things really far\u2019.<\/p>\n

Lyubomir at work<\/strong><\/p>\n What do you enjoy most about working in care?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n I enjoy the technical side of the job, being able to encounter new issues and their resolutions, and learning new methods of troubleshooting.<\/p>\n What qualities do you believe you have to have to be able to succeed in customer care?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n You need to have a certain degree of understanding and empathy and to be able to put yourself in the shoes of the client. Every single customer is different, and you should be able to handle every case in the appropriate manner.<\/p>\n What\u2019s the most helpful thing you\u2019ve ever done for a customer?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n No query is less important than another, so I give 100 percent of my attention to every single question I receive and always try to be the most helpful I can be.<\/p>\n What is the best bit of feedback you\u2019ve had from a customer?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n The best feedback I can hope for is confirmation that everything is working properly at the end of the case.<\/p>\n
