What do you enjoy most about working in care at Heart Internet? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I enjoy the ability to be able to help someone no matter how complicated their issue is.<\/p>\n

I also like that I am able to learn new things each day.<\/p>\n

Last, but not least, I find the people in our team very helpful, friendly and most of them have a great sense of humour, which I personally think is one of the most important things that makes you feel comfortable in the environment that you are working in.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the most helpful thing you\u2019ve ever done for a customer? <\/strong><\/p>\n

I always try to be helpful, but a customer once came to chat with me when they had accidentally deleted one of their hosting packages with 20 plus email addresses created in there.<\/p>\n

It can happen to anyone, so I decided to give them a hand and manually processed the restore for each one of them.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favourite thing to do in your role? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Solving all issues within the minimal time frame makes me feel satisfied.<\/p>\n

My favorite product is our SSL. I like it when I visit a site and can see the padlock on the left side of the URL.<\/p>\n
