We are pleased to announce this functionality has now been added to all HostPay accounts and it is completely free!<\/p>\n<p>The new system allows you to manage many customers quickly and ensures that you are only dealing with a genuine customer. Continue reading to find out more and how to activate the ticket system for your customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HostPay control panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The system is so easy to set up and manage we are really proud of it. I might sound like Steve Jobs here but it\u2019s pretty awesome\u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Activate the ticket system<\/h4>\n<p>To activate the ticketing system log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/customer.heartinternet.uk\/manage\/manage-reseller.cgi\">Reseller Control Centre<\/a> &gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/customer.heartinternet.uk\/manage\/manage-reseller-shop.cgi\">HostPay<\/a> &gt; \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/customer.heartinternet.uk\/manage\/reseller-shop-customer-cp.cgi\">Customer Control Panel<\/a>\u201d and scroll down to \u201cContact support\u201d. You will see a new option has been added called \u201cHostPay Ticket System\u201d. Click on the radio button and you are done!<\/p>\n<h4>Admin and replying to tickets<\/h4>\n<p>You can either click on the link displayed in the activation box to take you to the <a href=\"https:\/\/customer.heartinternet.uk\/manage\/manage-reseller-shop-ticket.cgi\">ticketing admin area<\/a> or go directly from the <a href=\"https:\/\/customer.heartinternet.uk\/manage\/manage-reseller-shop.cgi\">HostPay control panel front page<\/a> where we have added a new icon called \u2018Support Ticket System\u2019. From here you will manage all your customer tickets including the ability to view all your tickets, reply to any new or open tickets, assign a ticket to another operator, close a ticket and search tickets by operator, customer name, ticket status or type in keywords. When customers raise a ticket you will be emailed to let you know that it is there.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your customers control panel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your customers can now raise tickets directly from within their control panel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.heartinternet.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/HostPay-customer-ticket.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once you have activated the ticket system within your own HostPay control panel, by default clicking on \u201cContact support\u201d will take your customer to their ticket summary page where they can view their ticket history, reply to any updated you have given them or close the ticket themselves.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.heartinternet.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/HostPay-customer-manage-ticket.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From here they can also raise a new ticket\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.heartinternet.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/HostPay-contact-support.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your feedback<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are always looking for new ways to make our products even better and thanks to all your feedback we have created this ticketing system.
