Working within a talented digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the production of market leading designs and campaigns that raise the bar. Reporting to the marketing manager, your key roles and responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n
• Design and write the code for both new and existing websites<\/p>\n
• Develop concepts that improve customer experience<\/p>\n
• Build engaging interfaces for our customer control panels<\/p>\n
• Monitor and improve website performance through multivariate testing<\/p>\n
• Work with our search marketing team to ensure SEO best practices at all time<\/p>\n
• Create eye catching magazine adverts<\/p>\n
• Build attractive and effective email marketing campaigns<\/p>\n
• Bring inspiring social media campaigns to life<\/p>\n
• Develop infographics that excite people and make them want to share<\/p>\n
• Support the marketing team to develop new campaigns<\/p>\n
• A strong understanding of W3C standards compliant HTML & CSS<\/p>\n
• Excellent knowledge\/awareness of usability, accessibility, & cross-browser issues and solutions<\/p>\n
• Extensive practical experience of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign<\/p>\n
• Passionate about UI\/UX design<\/p>\n
• Experience of designing for conversion driven ecommerce websites<\/p>\n
• Knowledge of how web design decisions impact on SEO<\/p>\n
• An understanding of JQuery would be also be beneficial<\/p>\n
