Based on your feedback (thanks for that), you can now create and manage special alert messages to be displayed in your customer\u2019s eXtend control panels. This great new feature can be used for any type of message, and will be especially useful for advertising messages, news alerts, feature updates and product announcements.<\/p>\n

Here is an example of one we created earlier\u2026<\/p>\n

You can create as many messages as you wish, and apply them to the packages of your choice.<\/p>\n

Getting started<\/h4>\n

This new feature can be found in the \u201cReseller Preferences\u201d section of your RCC<\/a>, in the brand new \u201ceXtend Message Centre<\/a>\u201d. \u00a0To create a message\u2026<\/p>\n

    • Type the heading and message you want to display, along with any links.• Choose which package(s) you want to see this message.• If you want to see what it will look like before publishing, click \u201cPreview\u201d. If you are happy to proceed, click \u201cSubmit\u201d.• Your alert is now being shown in your clients\u2019 eXtend control panels!<\/ol>\n

    Managing existing alerts is just as easy. From the same page you can update your text, disable\/ enable the alert on a package by package basis or delete it altogether.<\/p>\n
