How do I find out how many Domain Credits I have and how do I buy more?

You will need to check the number of Domain Credits you have before you attempt to make a purchase through the Domain Robot.

To view your current level of Domain Credits:

1. Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
2. Click ‘Order Domain Credits’
3. Your current level of domain credits are under ‘Your Domain Credits’

If you need to purchase more Domain Credits, you can also do so on the same page.

To purchase Domain Credits:

1. Under ‘Purchase Domain Credits’, find the type and amount of Domain Credits you wish to purchase
2. Click ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Buy With PayPal’ to select those credits
3. Complete the transaction
4. The credits will now be in your account
