Will transferring in a domain name change its renewal date?

When you transfer a domain name into Heart Internet, the renewal date may change depending on the type of domain.

For .uk domain names:
The renewal date will stay the same.

For .com, .net, .org, and other domain names:
One year will be added onto the renewal terms, but the date will stay the same.

For .eu domain names:
The renewal date will be set to one year after the date of the transfer.
