View Checkout Add-on Fields

Once customers enter information into the custom checkout fields, you will need to retrieve it. Follow these steps to view Checkout Add-On fields:

Required: WooCommerce Checkout Add-Ons is a premium WooCommerce extension included with WordPress Ecommerce Hosting or as a standalone purchase.

Administrator view

  1. Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
  2. Depending on the selected attributes, add-ons will display in the View Orders screen. If selected, you can also sort and filter by add-on.
  3. Select an order to view.
  4. Add-ons will appear below the products on the Edit Order page.
  5. To view a file upload, select the Uploaded file link. Uploads can also be viewed in the Media Library.

Note: The customer can view any selected/populated add-on fields and any associated price adjustments in their order details after checkout and from the My Account page.
