Is it possible to remove or cancel a mapping I have paid for?


Once purchased, your domain mapping can be removed or changed.

  1. Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
  2. Click ‘Manage Add-Ons’
  3. Click ‘Domain Mapping’
  4. Remove or edit the mapping you wish to change

Please note that removing or editing a mapping will also remove any mailboxes associated with that mapped domain.

To cancel a mapping, please raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team and request the cancellation.

If you are a Reseller, you can remove or edit a domain mapping through your Reseller Control Centre.

  1. Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
  2. Click ‘Reseller Control Centre’
  3. Click ‘Domain Mappings’
  4. Edit as necessary
  5. Click ‘Update Mappings’
