How do I change the display name for my Exchange mailbox?

To change your name in Outlook on the web, you can access your account settings.

To change the name:

• Open Outlook on the web.
• Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner.
• Select View account.
• Go to your account information.
• Edit your name if the option is available.
• Click Save.
• Your mailbox display name has now been changed.
