The File Manager is ideal for uploading single files, but can occasionally have issues.
The File Manager cannot handle files collectively larger than 200mb. If you are attempting to upload a single file that is over 200mb, please use FTP for your upload. If you are trying to upload several files that collectively add up to over 200mb, please split up the upload into smaller sections and upload separately.
The File Manager also makes use of Adobe Flash technology to upload the files. Please make certain that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed and running on your web browser.
If, when attempting to upload, you receive a message requesting that you contact Support, please raise a Support Ticket with the Customer Services team, detailing exactly what you were attempting to upload and what the error was.
