The user agent ‘JustAnInstaller’ with an IP address starting with ‘79.170’ is the user agent for the eXtend Control Panel.
If it appears in your website’s access logs, this is the eXtend control panel accessing your website, which you do when you upload files, change directories, edit settings, or create new features. This is perfectly safe, and is nothing to worry about.
