How do I associate a domain with a hosting package?

To attach a domain to a package, please use the following depending on your package type

A. Attach the domain to a Reseller Hosting package 

- Go to Heart Customer Area 

- Click on Reseller Control Centre  

- Click on 'Add Hosting Accounts'  

- Select the domain from the drop-down menu  

- Select the type of package from the drop-down menu  

- Click on 'Activate Hosting'  

B. Attach the domain to a newly purchased cPanel/Managed WordPress package 

- Click on 'Manage cPanel Hosting 2026' / 'Managed WordPress 2026' 

- Assign the domain by clicking on the 'assign' button on the right-hand side  

- Select the domain from the drop-down and click 'confirm'
