Why can’t I add a new contact under the Manage Contact & Billing page?


When you are entering a new contact into our system, it is important to ensure that all the details are filled out correctly and in the right format.

If there are any problems with the details, you will not be able to add the contact.

The address fields must be completely filled in with the relevant information, including postal code.  If the country does not have a postal code, entering “N/A” will be accepted.  You must also include a telephone number and be careful to not enter strange characters or put extra spaces in.
