How long are access logs and statistics stored for?

We store the current half-month you are in and the previous three half-month.

For example, if today was the 5th of June, then you can access the first five days of June, all of May, and the second half of April.

At the beginning and the middle of each month, the oldest half-month is deleted.

You can find your access logs in the ‘logs’ directory.

The ‘logs’ directory has the logs in this format:

• Current log – access_log
• Previous half-month – access_log.1.gz
• Half-month before – access_log.2.gz
• Half-month before that – access_log.3.gz

The oldest three log files are compressed as .gz files, which must be extracted before they can be read.

If you want to see the latest 100 lines of your Access Log or your Error Log, you can find it in your eXtend Control Panel under ‘Log File Download’.  There, you can also download the current log.
