How do I export my customers’ data?

When a customer requests their personal data from your account, you can export it out through the Reseller Control Centre or through HostPay.

With your Reseller Control Centre, you can export your customers' data in one CSV file. This will include all your customers and provide you with their names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.

To export all your customer data:

1. Log into your 'Customer Control Panel'
2. Go to your 'Reseller Control Centre'
3. Click 'Customer Database'
4. Click 'Download all customer contacts as a CSV file'
5. The CSV file will download
