What is DMARC?

Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance (DMARC) is a system which tells a receiver how to handle emails which may not pass Sender Policy Framework (SPF) or DomainKeys Identified Message (DKIM) checks. You can read more about it here.

Does Heart Internet perform DMARC checks?

No, our mail servers do not check incoming emails for DMARC keys at present.

Can I add DMARC support for my domain?

DMARC only requires a Domain Name System (DNS) record to be added in the form a TXT record. This can be added if on our nameservers, but please note that we do not perform checks in incoming emails.
