Our Business Email hosting provides spacious mailboxes, a modern and intuitive webmail interface, and advanced spam filtering to keep your inbox secure and organized.

Getting Started with Your Business Email Account

  1. Go to  https://customer.heartinternet.uk/
  2. Select Manage Add-Ons
  3. Select Business Email Mail Boxes
  4. Select Assign on the free quota you wish to use
  5. Choose a domain from the dropdown menu
  6. Fill in the details on the pop-up menu
  7. Enter the email username (this will be the start of your email: [email protected])
  8. Enter a strong password
  9. Select Assign

Once your email account has been created, double-click the email address in the list to open the sign-in page.

Setting Up Your Business Mailbox on Your Desktop or Mobile Device

You can access your Business Mailbox using any email client that supports IMAP or POP3. We recommend using IMAP, as it keeps your emails, folders, and read status synchronized across all your devices.
 
You can use the following settings to configure your email client.

IMAP:

Username: Your Email Address
Password: Your Email Password

Incoming Server: imap.extendcp.co.uk
Incoming Server Port: 993
Incoming Encryption Type: SSL/TLS
Incoming Authentication Type: Password

Outgoing Server(SMTP): mta.extendcp.co.uk
Outgoing Server Port: 587 (or 465 as an alternative)
Outgoing Encryption Type: STARTTLS (or SSL/TLS if paired with port 465)
Outgoing Authentication Type: Password

POP3 (if explicitly required):

Username: Your Email Address
Password: Your Email Password

Incoming Server: pop3.extendcp.co.uk
Incoming Server Port: 995
Incoming Encryption Type: SSL/TLS
Incoming Authentication Type: Password

Outgoing Server(SMTP): mta.extendcp.co.uk
Outgoing Server Port: 587 (or 465 as an alternative)
Outgoing Encryption Type: STARTTLS (or SSL/TLS if paired with port 465)
Outgoing Authentication Type: Password

 

Finally, to ensure your Business Email service is working correctly, verify that the following DNS records have been added to your domain:

SPF record (added in the TXT records section):

v=spf1 include:soverin.net exists:%{i}.mta.spf.extendcp.co.uk exists:%{i}.web.spf.extendcp.co.uk a:maillists.extendcp.co.uk -all

DKIMs (added in the CNAME records section):

soverin1._domainkey - soverin1._domainkey.extendcp.co.uk.
soverin2._domainkey - soverin2._domainkey.extendcp.co.uk.
soverin3._domainkey - soverin3._domainkey.extendcp.co.uk.
