Linux accounts automatically configure the domain's zone file to use its information, including the primary A record and MX records. If the customer is using our nameservers, and the domain is in the same account as the hosting, setting up Linux Hosting will bring down the customer's website and email.

  1. Go to your Heart Internet  customer area  and select cPanel Hosting .
  2. Select the your desired cPanel hosting account and select Login .
  3. Enter the domain you wish to use and select Next.
  4. Choose the data center you wish for your website to be hosted in.
Tip: For websites hosted in the UK, you should select Amsterdam .
  5. You will be allowed to set up a WordPress site to work with at this stage, you can select Yes or No .
  6. Account provisioning will take a few minutes, but once complete you’re all set.
