Hotscot is the story of one Highland hotel owner’s website that snowballed into one of Scotland’s leading digital creative agencies. Having experienced tremendous success with a website he built for his own hotel (Hotel Scotland, which later became Hotscot), Robert Hawkes began receiving offers from other hoteliers to build websites for them.
Now, with over 350 customers and offices in Fort William, Inverness and Stirling, Hotscot produces high quality bespoke websites with customised functionality, tailored to clients’ business needs.
Remaining true to its roots, Hotscot still specialises in building websites for the travel and tourism industry, having built websites for Nevis Range, Glenmore Lodge, the Green Tourism Business Scheme and the Scottish Avalanche Information Service. The company has however, leant itself to other sectors and has developed a wide customer base.
