Our Premium Services have a standard rate of £50 per hour.

Ensuring you are using the latest versions of your software and applications helps to protect you against malware as well as improving your server’s performance and efficiency. If you’re worried about deprecated functions when upgrading PHP, having automatic update failures with your CMS, or your operating system is reporting it’s reached the end of its life, but you’re struggling to find an update, let us know.

Migrations can be difficult, time-consuming processes. We can migrate you from third-party packages, between operating systems and control panels, and from our shared hosting packages. If it’s a simple cPanel to cPanel migration, moving a WordPress site across a domain and package, or something as complicated as a non-control panel cross-operating system mail migration, we can help.

Please note; these prices are only guidelines. Each request will be reviewed by our team of experts to ensure the work can be done effectively with your current server configuration and that it will not cause further problems with your or other servers on the network. Before payment is completed we will set out an exact structure of what will be done, including any predefined exceptions and testing as part of the work.

Upgrades to specific software versions do not guarantee that you applications will work. Additionally, any set up and testing following an installation, upgrade or migration will be your responsibility.
