Use the Recovery Console for my VPS

Use the Recovery Console to regain access to your VPS if you've been inadvertently locked out by a new firewall or iptables rule. You need to know your server username and password to connect to your server via SSH or Remote Desktop (RDC).

Required:If port 2224 is blocked, you can't access the Recovery Console..
  1. Log in to your account. (Need help logging in?)
  2. In your Customer Area, click Manage VPS and Hybrid Servers, and next to the server you want to use, click Manage.
  3. In the top left corner of the account Dashboard, select Recovery Console.
  4. Press Enter. You can now log into your server to make changes.
