How can I change my Heart Internet account password?

Changing your Heart Internet account password is simple.

1. Log into your Heart Internet Customer Area
2. Click on ‘Contacts and Billing Details’
3. Click on ‘Change Password’
4. Enter your new password
5. Repeat your password
6. Click ‘Change Password’
7. Log back into the Heart Internet Customer Area with your new password

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 2 numbers. Mixing uppercase and lowercase letters is also recommended for higher password security.
