I have been with Heart Internet for around 7 years and always find them very helpful and extremely reliable. I previously had 3 websites with them and have now merged them to one website which is very cost effective. I'm not very tech savvy so when I have an issue I raise a ticket and one of the tech support team help out. They are always very prompt and helpful and generally my issues are resolved within a day. I've been using Heart Internet just for domain hosting for many years, but recently decided to move my web hosting from a vps to a shared hosting plan on HI. Initially I found the navigation and setting up on cpanel very confusing, also had some issues with moving nameservers back to HI and having to reconfigure the DNS. I contacted HI customer services using chat and both times the agents were super nice, knowledgeable, and really helpful - which clarified and solved all my issues and made me feel confident I was going to stay with HI for all my hosting.
