This year’s PC Pro Awards were announced on Wednesday and we were there to see the results and enjoy some food and drink. With over 12,000 people taking part in the voting this year, the results provide a strong reflection on the quality of any product or service. It was a great evening and really well organised by the team at PC Pro.
There were a lot of big names nominated in the web hosting category, however the scores were incredibly low for the majority of the other hosting companies. The table below shows the voting results for ourselves and other shared web hosts, and the results speak for themselves. Whilst other shared web host’s support levels and investment in new technology continue to drop, ours continue to rise, and the scores clearly reflect this.

Recently found you guys after being mis sold a reseller account with Fast Hosts, after over 10yrs of using them they are refusing to hand back £180:00. Recently had the joy of informing them i am moving all my current sites hosted with them to Heart and will refer all new clients to Heart. No more calls to far away countries for poor support and vicious sales men.
I hope you stay faithful to your clients and dont end up like Fasthosts. So far you have been great and look forward to building up a long standing partnership with you.

Congratulations.Would be fantastic if you offered another hosting package inbetween Starter Pro and Home Pro which offered a couple of databases as SP is probably not enough for most people and HP is too much!
Anyway, just a thought.
