We’re incredibly proud to celebrate our Site Reliability Engineering team, who have won the Gapstars Innovation Award for their outstanding work improving platform stability, security, and visibility across our shared infrastructure.
Their innovation includes:
• Launching a powerful new Traffic Control Dashboard, giving real-time visibility into IP traffic, blocked and whitelisted addresses, and high-risk activity patterns.
• Building advanced analytics widgets to identify trends across countries, ISPs, and ASNs, enabling faster and smarter decision-making.
• Automating bot-blocking processes and enhancing shared load balancer management to help create a more stable, secure platform for everyone.
This work represents a huge step forward in how we monitor, protect, and optimise our network, combining smart automation with clear, actionable insights. While there’s always more to do, our hardware and network upgrades are already underway, and this innovation forms a key part of our continued investment in building a stronger platform for the future.
