Awesome! Yes please. We use HI every day for the past 3 years and its getting heavier and bulkier everyday. Takes forever to load. A new faster site would be great. Look forward to this 🙂

For us the reseller is great but a complex and unwieldy beast to tame – focus more on the usability of it and we maybe able to use it to it’s full potential!

Please introduce a service where re-sellers stuck can be helped at a cost. eg:
Get them running asap when they start operating accounts with you.
Also how-to members area where the can have their quiz answered. HI is doing
a fantastic job but we would appreciate even getting re-sellers involved on discussing
problems they face on a daily basis.
If the price was cheaper the services would be swamped by the ‘godaddy’ and ‘hostgater’ style crowd and all the technical ‘baggage’ that comes with that, I’d rather pay the extra for a better quality service – the support is always excellent.
I know there’s a lot of features in the existing system I haven’t got around to using, figuring out or playing with yet so any advancement towards a more user friendly experience has my thumbs up.

I started my web design business with one site back in 2004 and was a little surprised to see that it’s now around 200 and Heart Internet have been with me every step of the way.
I feel lucky that I made that choice back in 2004 and avoided some of the ‘cheaper’ offerings, over the years they have continually invested in improving things for the resellers and it’s no surprise to me that they are always top rated for support.
Yes price is always important, but I rest easy at night knowing that these guys are looking after things, and to me that’s worth the little extra they may charge over some of the competition.
So a well done from me, and I look forward to the continuing evolution.

Regarding the comments of HI Reseller pricing; anyone who is serious about business, small or large, and are using HI for their Reseller package, I just can not understand how anyone can think the price is high.
We have the potential to host 1 or 1 million websites, more if one is doing that well – lol, and it still only costs £12.50 a week. Now that price is a seriously low price for the return potential, and that’s before we get to flogging more than just Billy Basic hosting.

Only thing that I see is wrong, is when you scroll down there should be something at the bottom to take you back to the top again so you do not need to keep scrolling
