The results are in and it’s official, Heart Internet has been named the best web hosting company in the PC Pro Excellence awards!
Voters were asked to rate companies based upon a range of categories including support, reliability, speed, value for money, and if they would buy again to determine the winner, and we scored a huge 94% overall in the web hosting category.
Here are our individual category scores:
- Support – 94%
- Reliability – 95%
- Speed – 93%
- Value for money – 91%
- Would you buy again? – 95%
- Overall – 94%
This is how the final results looked:
- Heart Internet – 94%
- Memset – 92%
- 1&1 – 78%
- GoDaddy.com – 66%
The PC Pro awards are decided by a huge, nationwide survey that seeks to find the best IT products and services of the year, helping people to make more informed decisions on their IT purchases. The results are based purely on the ratings and recommendations of the people that have actually bought these products in the last 12 months, which makes for a comprehensive picture of how much we have achieved this year.

I knew Heart Internet would win. Why? Because they are just so customer and quality focused. That is how successful business works and how they develop the loyal following so essential in order to prosper. It also allows them to ‘nick’ customers from less agile, complacent (and often bigger competitors). Like my favourite skin cleanser, I am literally unable to go anywhere else for my domains and hosting. Businesses only develop this X Factor (!) with 100% focus on customers and quality. That’s how its done, so the results actually don’t surprise me at all. Great work, Heart Internet!

3 years ago I turned the whole internet upside down in search of a webhost. As a re-seller I found heartinternet. I was right then and am still right now because I have never looked back.
Such news as this shows just how intelligent I was in choosing a company to partner with. Why can people
get such infor as finding the right webhost right.
