Heart Internet reviews matter to us
We take all Heart Internet reviews very seriously, and we pride ourselves on acting on the ideas, recommendations and reviews our customers give us.
However, the proof, as they say, is in the pudding. With this in mind we decided to compare Heart Internet reviews and opinion with other web hosts using reviewcentre.com, an independent review website that is open for anyone to leave reviews on any company. We don’t own this website and we have no control over what anyone says about any company.
How do we compare?
How do the Heart Internet reviews compare to other large UK web hosts? Here are the reviewcentre.com average scores as of 11th March 2013:

I have included the number of reviews as well to show that a small pool of reviews hasn’t skewed the results for any web host.
The years of not just listening to customer feedback, but using it to constantly innovate and improve is clearly a strategy that pays off, both for us and our customers. Those figures are testament to my 15 years experience in dealing with web hosting companies. And I’ve dealt with some!!! I’m surprised that 1&1 did so well. A customer of mine who registered his domains and bought his hosting with them prior to knowing about myself and my business, had a nightmare with 1&1.
And what was it that caused him heartache and grief???Virtually none existent customer service.

The technology is important for any web host, but a lot get so focused on the hardware they forget the people.
