We like to make your life easier, so yesterday we added the ability for you to log in to your Heart Internet account via Facebook and Twitter in just a click!

New customers can even sign in with Facebook or Twitter to set up an account with us.

It’s something we’d been planning to do for a while, and we hope it will make it faster for you to access your Heart Internet account. Your credentials are purely used for the ability to log in – we don’t pass anything on to third parties or use them to contact you, and we only ask for the minimum amount of information necessary.

Don’t forget you can also add social media usernames to your account to help us identify you when you chat to us via Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.

Enjoy!

I have just raised a ticket about how the social media capabilities effect logging in using a password manager software. I shall not use the name but rather focus on the function of these tools. I have hundreds of sites to manage and login into multiple times a day and manually logging in would be the opposite of what the internet can do for us.

Many sites now use a popup login box which password managers cannot login to this is very frustrating has anyone else got strong feelings about this?

For several years I have had fantastic support from the guys at heart customer services I hope the developers have a look at this and make this right.
