With the days getting longer and the weather starting to become a little bit warmer, many households will soon be starting to think about their spring clean. If you are one of our resellers you should also be thinking about doing the same with your account.
Are all the web hosting accounts in your Reseller Control Centre still being used? If not we would recommend you do a quick audit and delete any inactive web hosting accounts from the system.
Housekeeping steps:
• Click on Manage Hosting Accounts
• Choose which accounts to delete in the ‘delete’ column
• Click the ‘Update now’ button
As well as speeding up your control panel page load times, by taking afew minutes to do this it helps to decrease disk space usage, reduceserver restart times and ultimately increase server performance for youand your customers.

What would be helpful – for me at least – is to be able to set domains to expire with far greater notice than the 30 odd days we have at the moment, i.e. when the domain drops into the renew services section.
If i could set any domain to expire – no matter when the renew date was this would save domains slipping through and renewing when i had meant to cancel them (a year ago) but forgot to check at the right renew point in time.
Yes feature has been requested. multiple times by me and other users…
Agree 100% in what you have said Neil: I have also the same problem; sometimes clients do not pay and the name renews it self and it is so so annoying
I agree this would be a good feature to have.
