One of the most common requests from our reseller hosting customers over the years has been the ability to create multiple log-ins on their account, each with different permissions and access to distinct sections of the Reseller Control Centre. We are pleased to announce, this has now been added!
All Heart Internet reseller hosting customers can now set-up multiple log-in usernames for their Reseller Pro account, each with different permissions that you specify. You can create as many log-ins as you like, as well as create groups with shared permissions or set individual permissions per user.
For example, you may want your support staff to have access to support tickets and be able to view hosting accounts, but not be able to edit the look and feel of your control panel or you may want a developer to have access to the API but not your customer database.
To get started and find out more, log-in to your Reseller Control Centre, and in ‘Manage’ click on the new ‘Reseller Logins’ icon.

Excellent work!! That small icon provides such HUGE felexibility. With the file manager facelift on the 1st June, this on the 2nd I can’t wait to see what is coming on the third. 🙂
