I stand with Waine – we had such an atrocious experience with 1and1, considering we were on a dedicated machine paying well over £150 a month.
We’ve had a far superior and vastly more pleasant/stable experience with you guys.

I would say the results just goes to show there’s almost no good reason why anyone would ever want to leave Heart Internet. Well done to you all and many thanks for the great service you provide.
I might suggest you drop the idea that Fasthosts is a direct competitor and perhaps invite them to become one of your resellers instead. Lol.
