Voting is now open for this year’s PC Pro Awards, the UK’s biggest and most comprehensive IT survey. Last year, we were proud to be announced as the best web host in these awards and, with your help, we’d love to retain our title this year. How we’ve evolved over the last year

Over the last 12 months, we’ve been committed to launching fantastic new products to help our customers get even more out of their web hosting, including cloud hosting, premium backups, load balancers, and a huge range of nTLDs including the .uk. We’ve also introduced a variety of features to make our reseller hosting package even better for users, including making nTLDs available to sell in HostPay, allowing customers to manage Snapshot Backups in their eXtend Control Panel and offering automatic One Click Web Apps for resellers.

Beyond these additions, though, we have focussed on delivering excellent customer support to provide real value to our users. We have expanded our customer support team to include even more skilled, approachable professionals with a deep understanding of our products, systems and services.
