The role
Working within a talented digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the production of market leading designs and campaigns that raise the bar. Reporting to the marketing manager, your key roles and responsibilities will be:
• Design and write the code for both new and existing websites
• Develop concepts that improve customer experience
• Build engaging interfaces for our customer control panels
• Monitor and improve website performance through multivariate testing
• Work with our search marketing team to ensure SEO best practices at all time
• Create eye catching magazine adverts
• Build attractive and effective email marketing campaigns
• Bring inspiring social media campaigns to life
• Develop infographics that excite people and make them want to share
• Support the marketing team to develop new campaigns
What we want from you
• A strong understanding of W3C standards compliant HTML & CSS
• Excellent knowledge/awareness of usability, accessibility, & cross-browser issues and solutions
• Extensive practical experience of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Passionate about UI/UX design
• Experience of designing for conversion driven ecommerce websites
• Knowledge of how web design decisions impact on SEO
• An understanding of JQuery would be also be beneficial
