We had a tough time choosing the six finalists for October’s contest because we had so many fantastic submissions. Finally we narrowed it down to just six, and after that, your votes decided the final winner.

At the close of the contest, October’s winner was…

Swapboards! Swapboards is a colourful and user-friendly ecommerce store and community which allows you to buy, sell and swap all kinds of snowboarding equipment. With its bold design and clever presentation, Swapboards is an excellent example of how you can make your online store stand out from the crowd. Fantastic work, thanks for hosting with us!

Congrats are also in order for our second and third place Highly Commended sites, Fusion Nightclub and the Scottish Engineering Hall of Fame.

Thanks to everyone who took part, they were all fantastic websites and we’re glad we didn’t have to make the tough decision of picking a final winner!

How to enter November’s Website of the Month competition

If you have a website hosted with Heart Internet, you can enter it (or a client’s site) for our next Website of the Month competition. You can enter as many websites as you like; simply email the URL(s) to wotm[at]heartinternet.uk before midnight on the 7th November. Six finalists will be selected to go through to the voting stage, which will take place from the 8th to 30th of November.
