In their own words “WordCamps are casual, locally-organized conferences covering everything related to WordPress”. This year the UK’s WordCamp is being held in Edinburgh, and we are an official sponsor of the event.
The event is being held on 14th and 15th July with sessions covering ecommerce, theme development, developing for mobile, BuddyPress and many more. The official website has information on the sessions being held, how to get there and accommodation. https://2012.edinburgh.wordcamp.org/
If you fancy going along, we have 3 tickets to give away. To enter, leave a comment below explaining why WordPress is your CMS of choice (along with your email address so can let you know you have won). We will then pick an entry at random.
The final day for entries is Thursday 5th July.
Some house rules
– There will be one winner who gets both tickets so that person can bring a friend and they aren’t wandering around the hall or sitting in sessions by themselves.
– Please only enter if you have every intention of going to the event. These are really sought after tickets and it’s only fair they go to someone who uses them.
– Don’t put them on eBay.
– You’ll have to make your own way there.
– If you win and Edinburgh is more than just a day trip away, you will need to arrange and pay for accommodation yourself.
– If we pick you as the winner and you don’t reply to us within 5 working days we’ll pick a new winner and so on until we get to someone who really wants them.
