We have had a number of requests from customers asking for ability to upgrade Premium Mailboxes beyond our previous limit of 2GB.
Based on this feedback, you can now increase the size of your Premium Mailboxes by increments of 2GB, up to 10GB in size (i.e. 2GB, 4G, 6GB, 8GB and 10GB). Each additional 2GB block costs just £10 per year (£4.99 if you are a Reseller).
Upgrade a Standard Mailbox to a Premium Mailbox
Premium Mailboxes can be added quickly and easily through the Add-ons section of your Heart Internet control panel. Simply log-in and follow these steps:
1) Select a domain from the drop-down menu with an email address already associated with it
2) You will be presented with a second drop-down, populated with the Standard and Premium mailboxes active on the selected domain. The current capacity of each mailbox is displayed in brackets. E.g. [email protected] (Current size 400MB).
3) Add the additional storage space you wish to buy
4) Complete your purchase as normal.
Upgrade an existing Premium Mailbox
To upgrade an existing Premium mailbox, go to “Manage Premium Mailboxes” in your control panel.
Select the email you wish to upgrade by ticking the box and then click “Upgrade Mail Boxes”. Use the slider to pick how much you want to add, and then click “Add to basket”.

We always announce direct and reseller prices when we launch a new product that has a reseller exclusive discount. We want both customer groups to know this important information. Why not say “BECOME A RESELLERS AND GET DISCOUNT ON OUR PRODUCTS” then we would both be happy…

>> You get to decide what prices you want to charge. The comparison your customer should be making is with our non-reseller prices which are higher. They won’t qualify for the reseller discounts.
Why not say “BECOME A RESELLERS AND GET DISCOUNT ON OUR PRODUCTS” then we would both be happy…

How could you not understand my point: What I am saying is…
You put an offer on here for the world to see, One of my clients comes here and sees that you are offering resellers £4.99 for Premium Mailboxes…and I am saying is “MY” customer could say….”you are getting this at £4.99 why you selling it to me for £10″….
YOU do not go into any shop and it says “Look what we paid for this…BUT we are going to charge you DOUBLE” it’s not good business sense even though we all know it happens..it’s just not put in your face
That’s all I wanted to point out that it could back fire on us

I can’t see why this is an issue of this being on an open posting where ‘Joe Public’ customers and, we who are full resellers who pay a regular monthly/annual fee for our package, can see what the discount is. Paying HI our reseller subscription is for us to operate as a business/sole trader or however.
If Joe Public see’s it as being available to resellers at £4.99 a month, but the HI cost to Joe Public is actually £10/year, you aren’t suggesting resellers could lose out are you Davide?If that is how you are thinking, I for one am unable to understand your logic. As Joe Public would have to take out a reseller package costing them a hell of a lot more than the difference between £4.99 to £10.00. And they would need to pay their reseller fees every month/year, all in an attemptto save say a £5’er.
It’s like you saying to SKY broadband “Hey, why are SKY charging me £15.00 a month for my broadband when BT Wholesale are flogging it to SKY for say £6.99 per month per punter.
I haven’t an issue with it being shown, as the potential number of people who probably read this specific section and who are not resellers will probably be very low indeed.
