I’m happy to announce that Heart Internet has won the ISPA (Internet Service Providers’ Association) Best Shared Web Hosting Award for the second year running.

ISPA is the UK’s trade association for Internet service providers, including big names such as Google, BskyB, Virgin Media, and more. The annual awards show off the best of the Internet industry, celebrating innovation and best practice with categories such as Best Consumer Customer Service, Best CPE Hardware, Best Superfast Broadband, and the popular Internet Hero and Villain awards.

We were judged by the ISPA panel of judges based on technical testing, the range of items on offer, and a written entry. Judged on features such as pricing, flexibility, support, services on offer, availability, security measures, DNS management, energy efficiency, and speed of service, we beat competition such as Catalyst2, Exa Networks, Hyve Managed Hosting, Nublue, and Tech-Hosts.

The ISPA judges said:

“The sheer range of apps and products offered by Heart, plus their reliability, cyber security and support offered to small businesses made them the clear winner.”
