Hmm, i thought this is what heart provided as standard! Have we all been downgraded now, perhaps that’s why my server runs so slow all the time!?
If we’re already a Business Pro customer, and want to upgrade to Premium Hosting, will HeartInternet manage the move? i.e. transfer our site over to the new server?
Hi Ryan,
We are in the process of adding automated package migrations from our shared platform to Premium Hosting, but we can’t give you an ETA just at the moment.
As much as we’re tempted to downgrade cheeky people, it would be far too much hassle 😉 Here’s a blog article explaining the differences between all our core hosting products and Premium Hosting: https://www.heartinternet.uk/blog/what-is-premium-hosting/
Hope that helps!
