We’re excited to announce that Wool and Buttons is our first website of the month contest winner! It was a close run contest, with plenty of changes between the top three positions, but Joanne fought off the healthy competition from Liquid Accounts and Instac.at to take first place.

Wool and Buttons is a great example of how you can develop an attractive and user-friendly website to sell your products online, even if you’re not particularly technically minded. Joanne’s passion for her products shines through, and she’s a great inspiration to those who are thinking of developing their own online business.

Nominations for July’s contest are now open

As it’s the 1st July today, nominations for our next website of the month contest are now officially open! If you have any Heart Internet-hosted websites (your own, clients’ or friends’) you’d like to nominate, please email the URL(s) to wotm[at]heartinternet.uk before midnight on the 7th July.

Please note that if you submitted your website last month and you didn’t make it to the final six, your website will be put forward into the nominations pool automatically so there’s no need to email us again – we still have your entry.
