I'm happy to announce that our Premium Hosting has won the ISPA (Internet Service Providers' Association) Award for Best Shared Web Hosting in 2015!
ISPA is the UK’s trade association for Internet service providers, including big names such as Google, BSkyB, Virgin Media, and more. The annual awards show off the best of Internet industry and celebrates innovation and best practice in web hosting, safety and security, broadband, and customer service.
Along with their Internet Hero and Internet Villain Awards, the ISPAs include categories such as Best Consumer Fixed Broadband, Managed Service Innovation, and Internet Safety & Security, won by companies such as the Guardian, Plusnet, Sky, and Memset.
We were judged on our fast download speed, our availability, top security measures, the flexibility of our contracts, our support staff, and the variety of services we had available, and we beat the other finalists, MacAce, Catalyst2, and FidoNet.
Commenting on Heart Internet’s win, Andrew Ferguson, Chair of ISPA’s judges said: “The sheer range of applications, impressive reliability and technical support at a good price saw Heart Internet win”.
I’m very proud that we have won this award for our Premium Hosting. We set out to create a flagship product, and drew upon our many years of industry experience to combine the best features from our core products. Winning this award reflects our success in making this happen.
