One of the unique feature we offer our Reseller Hosting customers you won’t find with any other UK web host, is the ability to create multiple log-ins on your account, each with different permissions and access to distinct sections of the Reseller Control Centre.
You can create as many log-ins as you like, as well as create groups with shared permissions or set individual permissions per user. For example, you may want your support staff to have access to support tickets and be able to view hosting accounts, but not be able to edit the look and feel of your control panel or you may want a developer to have access to the API but not your customer database
New customer support feature
We have just added a new feature for those sub users who are involved with your customer support function. Whenever a “ticket update” or a “new ticket” email alert is sent, your sub users will now be copied in, if they have the “Access tickets” permission set on this page https://customer.heartinternet.uk/manage/subusers
