Last year we surveyed all our reseller hosting customers to find out more about what they think about our reseller hosting (good and bad) and how they thought we could improve. One of the questions we asked was to rate various aspects of our services on a scale of 1 – 5. Whilst the majority scored in excess of 4.5 or more (customer support, product quality, eXtend control panel, up time etc.) the lowest score was for “marketing support” which got an average of 4.05.

This was clearly an area we could improve, and since then we have been working to make sure we do. As is so often the case with Heart Internet, we have put out so much that we move on to launching the next thing before some resellers get a chance to catch their breath. With this in mind I wanted to provide a summary of all the marketing and product support we offer to all our resellers 100% free.
