There are plenty of great Facebook Page round-ups across the web, but they all focus on huge brands with big budgets. So we decided to hunt down some of the best smaller businesses we’ve seen represented on the social network. We’ve included a wide range of online and offline businesses ranging from web design studios to novels to children’s parties. They’re great for design, content, and interaction inspiration especially if you/your clients are local businesses, pushed for time, and/or don’t have thousands of fans.
These pages are proof that you don’t need a whole team of strategists and specialists on board to create a great Facebook fan page that works for your brand. Check these out, and give them a like if you like what you see.

I certainly was not expecting to see my own page in this list! Thanks for including it. The site is currently down, but hoping to be back online later this evening and then full steam ahead with content curation and creation again.
They are really good, and inspiring examples.
Hey, I even know one of ’em – Buxton Web Design.
However, I’m really surprised you didn’t have me on your list. 😉

I don’t believe in ‘an eye for an eye’, but I’m all in favour of ‘a like for a like’.
Like me and I’ll like you. Fair?
Good list,
have to plug our page which doesn’t have nearly enough likes

If your looking for more fans & followers, I’ve set up a free fan exchange system (freefans.co.uk) where users can pick and choose pages they may like.
I think this helps with credibilty for small businesses.
In this day and age the majority like what they perceive to be successful?
Hi Ryan,
Just a quick tip as I viewed your page – I would get an image for the cover photo that was not so busy and not a snapshot of your website.
That may instill trust in your page a lot more than the current design (That is not to say that website does not look trustworthy, but simply having an image of your website as the cover photo doesn’t do it).
Stu 🙂
Wow! Thanks for including my page here. What a nice surprise to scroll down the page and find little old me!!!
Thanks, Paul (P R Systems) 🙂
