What do you enjoy most about working in care at Heart Internet?

I enjoy the ability to be able to help someone no matter how complicated their issue is.

I also like that I am able to learn new things each day.

Last, but not least, I find the people in our team very helpful, friendly and most of them have a great sense of humour, which I personally think is one of the most important things that makes you feel comfortable in the environment that you are working in.

What’s the most helpful thing you’ve ever done for a customer?

I always try to be helpful, but a customer once came to chat with me when they had accidentally deleted one of their hosting packages with 20 plus email addresses created in there.

It can happen to anyone, so I decided to give them a hand and manually processed the restore for each one of them.

What’s your favourite thing to do in your role?

Solving all issues within the minimal time frame makes me feel satisfied.

What is your favourite Heart Internet product?

My favorite product is our SSL. I like it when I visit a site and can see the padlock on the left side of the URL.

I enjoy drawing and creating designs.

I can make people laugh pretty easily.
