How do you relax when you’re not in work?
I go for a jog in the local park and find new recipes to create and try. I must also admit that I’m a secret grease monkey in my spare time. I have a specialty in diagnostics of VAG group vehicles and I have purchased and rebuilt several salvage cars by myself.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I can eat four McDonald’s filet-o-fish burgers in 60 seconds.
What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?
Beautiful sunshine, track day motor racing and a BBQ.
What achievement are you most proud of?
I volunteer at a local food bank charity.
