What’s the most helpful thing you’ve ever done for a customer?
That’s a hard one to choose. I have had cases with customers where I have spent almost all day with that specific customer just trying to solve their issue and doing my best to provide the best possible customer experience.
What is the best bit of feedback you’ve had from a customer?
I have had many great pieces of feedback, but I’ll share one of them from a very special customer who almost became my friend even though we had never met.

When have you felt proudest in your role?
In the moments when I realise how much I have helped a customer with something that was very simple for me but meant the world to them.
I always say the business for a customer is like their baby, so it almost feels like you have saved their baby and that is when I feel the proudest in my role.
What’s your favourite thing to do in your job?
My favourite thing would be when I have resolved a customer’s issue and I can just hear their smile and happiness over the phone and how grateful they are.

What’s your idea of a perfect weekend?
Getting up early because I hate wasting my days off sleeping, going out with friends or family, going on long walks (especially in the evening when the weather is nice) and visiting some new places or cities.
What achievement are you most proud of?
I once ran in a marathon and finished in the top 10, which was a big deal for me because I am not a very sporty person.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I hate minced meat in meals, but I do love meatballs, which are made of minced meat. I have no explanation!
