Voting for the annual PC Pro Excellence Awards has begun and we’re aiming, with your help, to be recognised for our contribution to the web hosting industry.

The PC Pro awards is the UK’s biggest IT survey, and it’s extra special to us because it’s entirely controlled by customers submitting honest and genuine reviews of our services.

The survey takes just a few minutes to do and the good people at PC Pro are entering everyone who completes the survey into a free draw to win some great prizes, including an Intel powered Ultrabook, an amazing Samsung NX300 camera, and a brilliant DS213air storage device.

The last 12 months alone have seen us bring exciting new products to our customers to help improve their choice of web hosting products including Hybrid Servers, SSD VPS and new super powered Dedicated Servers. We also helped to improve the reseller hosting experience by introducing multisite FTP – allowing resellers to group customers together and make it easier to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

But, more importantly, we’ve strived for customer support excellence. We’ve continued to recruit more and more customer support team members to deal with growing demands and always look for passionate and technically excellent people to provide the support our customers have come to expect from us.
